Lancer beer equipment will be seen in the bar room shots for the two new Jack Irish telemovies currently being shot in Melbourne for screening on ABC1 in 2012.
Featuring a who’s who of Australian acting talent including Guy Pearce, Shane Jacobsen, Aaron Pedersen, Steve Bisley and Emma Booth the telemovies are a screen adaptation of two of the stories in the Jack Irish series of novels by Peter Temple.
Jack Irish is a former criminal lawyer now part-time private investigator and debt collector and is an expert at finding people that don’t want to 
be found and discovering people’s dark and deadly secrets, as well as having to face his own demons.
Lancer was only too pleased to make our beer founts, beer taps and drip trays available to the producers, Essential Media & Entertainment, to help add authenticity to the bar scenes in the films.

Huge congratulations to all winners of the 2011 AHA NSW Awards for Excellence!
Held on Monday night, it was the largest event ever, with a record number of finalists (209) across a record number of categories (36).
In addition to their award winning business, set up and service, many of these venues also feature our high quality beer dispensing equipment, ice machines, softdrink dispensers and other beverage equipment, including Overall City Hotel of the Year, The Australian Hotel & Brewery.
The Overall Country Hotel of the Year was Yamba Tavern. Both it and The Australian Hotel & Brewery won multiple awards.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Hooper as Sales Manager in New Zealand.
This position has been created due to the appointment of Michael Abraham as Regional Manager – ACT, NSW and NZ.
Michael will relocate to Sydney leaving the day to day running of the NZ business in Mark’s capable hands. Michael will visit NZ regularly to support our customers and staff there.
Mark has been with Hoshizaki Lancer for 6 years. His previous role was customer service officer.
