Don't we all look great with our new
The team at Hoshizaki Lancer have just participated in the Worlds Greatest Shave, an annual fundraising event for The Leukaemia Foundation. The team at Hoshizaki Lancer have
raised an incredible $8,050 which will go towards an incredible cause.
The money we raised will help to change the lives of Australians
diagnosed with blood cancer as well as research, which is needed to find
better treatments and cures for leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma and related
Some of us were brave enough to shave,
while others stuck to a coloured option.
One of our team, Keith (pictured below)
suffered from childhood leukaemia himself. After going into remission at the
age of 15, he has not cut his hair since. The team at Hoshizaki Lancer would
like to congratulate Keith on an amazingly admirable effort, and story to
match. We couldn't be prouder!
Aside from the fun and laughter of our
new hair-do's, what we admire most about donating is that money is dedicated
towards families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma by allowing them
access to a free home-away-from-home near hospitals during their treatment.
This, provided with emotional support, helps our fellow Australian's every

– Michael Abraham – who lost his battle

Hoshizaki Lancer are proud to support and exhibit at the CAREX Australia's Premier Health, Aged Care & Disability Expo. The expo is for managers, health professionals and staff working in and with acute, residential aged, HACC, retirement living or disability services.
The CAREX expo will be a terrific opportunity for professional networking, as well as an arena to showcase a wide variety of products, services, informational & educational based exhibitors - all in one location at one time.
CAREX represents a unique annual opportunity for information, education, networking, review & investing in the industries of acute care, home & community care, residential aged care, disability services and retirement living.
The CAREX expo kicks off on Wednesday 17 and goes through to Thursday 18 of April, from 9.30am to 4.00pm at the Caulfield Racecourse.
We will be on Site 13 - so if you swing by, come and introduce yourself.
There are plenty of CAREX free mini workshops available to attend, and bookings are now open for these. Alongside the free workshops are also half-day seminars.
