One of our recent export projects is featured in today's SA Business Journal.
The article outlines the soft drink dispensing systems we've installed in cinemas throughout Pakistan, and the challenges we had to consider when developing a suitable solution for them.
A known issue in Pakistan is the intermittent power supply, with random power outages occuring most days.
While most cinemas have back up generators to manage this, our soft drink superchillers are ideal for this scenario.
"The beauty of our systems is it builds an ice bank and the drinks then go through the ice bank," said our managing director Joe Thorp.
"Even if the power goes off the ice bank will be retained."
This is one of the many export projects we have been working on recently.
From this month, our superchillers and soft drink dispensers will be used in four cinemas across Pakistan:
- Sozo World Cinema in Lahore
- Cinepax Cinema in Islamabad
- Cinestar Cinema in Lahore
- and a new Cineplex in Karachi
Our soft drink systems are also used in a number of cinemas across Australia and New Zealand.
