We work closely with our customers to develop the best beverage dispensing, ice and refrigeration solutions for their situation.

We have also developed a number of "brewery to bar" draught beer dispensing systems, including Mash Brewing in Western Australia and Moo Brew at Mona in Tasmania.

Grill'd CBD Wintergarden Brisbane

Founded by Simon Crowe at Hawthorn in 2004, Grill’d has emerged as a national chain of approximately 50 high quality burger restaurants. In developing the new Grill’d CBD Wintergarden in Queen St Mall Brisbane the client approached us with the idea of serving fresh cold beers on tap, a first for Grill’d.

Vue de monde and The Lui Bar

Acclaimed Australian Chef Shannon Bennet's Vue de monde is arguably Australia's best restaurant, winner of many accolades including consistently repeated Three Hats in The Age Good Food Guide and Three Stars in Australian Gourmet Traveller. Moving to a new prestigious location at the top of Melbourne's Rialto building, the operators were keen to overcome past problems which included poor quality ice which melted too quickly, diluting the quality of their drinks offering and insufficient supply and storage of flaked ice.

Eau de Vie

The jazz-infused shrine to the cocktail on Malthouse Lane stands for moral destruction and one hell of a good time. Eau de Vie has you covered with whatever drink you want - from a beer to a liquid nitrogen chilled martini. EDV is aiming for high end drinkers, the ice is pure bubble free frozen gold from Hoshizaki ice machines.

Carl's Jr - New Zealand

Carl's Jr was established 70 years ago in Southern California, and began its international expansion in the 2000s. Today there are 1,262 Carl's Jr Restaurants around the world. Lancer was approached by Coca-Cola Amatil to come up with a solution to provide a soft drink dispensing solution.

Rockpool Bar & Grill - Perth

Rockpool Bar & Grill in Perth is the latest addition to Neil Perry's restaurants. The first Rockpool was established in Sydney in 1989 and has gone from strength to strength with restaurants now in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Lancer was contacted to design and manufacture a draught beer dispensing system that would be in keeping with the layout and feel of Rockpool.

Moo Brew at MONA

Moo Brew is a micro-brewery located on the edge of the beautiful Derwent River in Southern Tasmania. The unique location, venue and craft beers have made Moo Brew a popular tourist destination, forcing it to build and extend to cater for the local and tourist markets. Moo Brew engaged Lancer Beverage Systems to supply all their beer dispensing equipment, from the chillers in the cool room and cellar, through to the beer founts and beer taps in the bar.

Hungry Jacks Goodna

Hungry Jacks at Goodna was completely submersed in the recent Queensland floods and featured on the National News with only the top of the sign showing above 6 metres of floodwater. With local Australian manufacturing in Adelaide, Lancer was able to respond quickly. The equipment was manufactured and sent to Queensland and installed in record time, allowing the store to open as scheduled.

Zaraffa's Coffee

Zaraffa's Coffee are a Queensland based coffee franchise which has seen rapid growth in its first 5 years of operation. During this time they opened in excess of 40 stores and are looking to expand further into other states. They are primarily a coffee shop which also specialises in cold coffee drinks. In the warmer regions this is proving very successful with cold lattes and frappes.
