Overview

Dave Gillman from Helvetica bar installed his first Hoshizaki ice maker back in April 2009 when he opened his new bar in the Perth CBD.

Helvetica Bar has a real focus on serving the finest whiskeys and cocktails at this new establishment. For this reason they required the best ice that they could obtain, which led them to the Hoshizaki ice machines.

Initially they installed an IM100LE-21 machine in April 2009 but due to the success of the business have recently expanded and have installed an even larger machine which produces a larger 28mm ice cube which is the preferred choice by those who are serious about the drink quality they serve their clientele.

Solution

Helvetica Bar recently installed an IM240M2E-28 ice maker which produces exceptionally hard, crystal clear ice cubes. The IM240M2E-28 machine is self contained and produces a great deal of ice in the larger cube format with its own storage bin.

Results

A great deal of happy customers. The ice melts very slowly, allowing customers to enjoy their cooled drinks longer without diluting the actual drink quickly.
