The Bentley Restaurant and Bar which was previously located in Sydney's Surry Hills has now settled into the magnificent upmarket Radisson Blu Hotel in the centre of Sydney.
The 80-seat restaurant features stunning interior designs by award winning Melbourne architect Pascale Gomes-McNabb.
The Bentley has been operating since March 2006 when it was opened by Chef Brent Savage and Sommelier Nick Hildebrand. It is co-owned by them as well as Sommelier and Restaurant Manager Glen Goodwin who joined the ownership team in 2012.
Brent Savage's food complimented by Nick Hildebrandt's wine list which features wines from around the world and also from small cult producers forms this remarkable restaurant on the Sydney scene.
Amongst the many awards the restaurant received, it was named “Best New Restaurant” at the Sydney Morning Herald's Good Food Guide Awards.
When the restaurant was being relocated, the owners expressed the need for refrigerators and freezers with maximum storage space.
Hoshizaki dealer Mr. Graham Bugeja the Managing Director of All Star Commercial Kitchens NSW sold Hoshizaki's professional range of refrigeration units and freezer equipment to Brent Savage for his high-status restaurant.
Two RTE 170 SNA Hoshizaki Professional range Undercounter Refrigerators with 3 doors were installed in the kitchen along with one FTE 120 SDA Hoshizaki Professional range Undercounter Freezer with 2 doors.
These Hoshizaki products are Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified.
HACCP is the main platform for International legislation and good manufacturing practices for all sectors of the food industry – it is a risk management tool recognized internationally for use in the proactive management of food safety issues.
Hoshizaki refrigeration units are designed specifically for professional kitchens.
They are exceptionally reliable, hygienic and easy to maintain as they are an all stainless steel construction and have easily removable and cleanable air filters and door gaskets.
These units contain a user-friendly controller with a digital thermometer for accurate temperature control and easy reading.
Hoshizaki refrigerators and freezers can store a large array of condiments, garnishes and other items required to deliver the fine dining experience at The Bentley.
