Bavarian Bier Cafe

Overview

The grotto inspired, uniquely Melbourne, drinking and dining destination featuring riverside bars, BBQ, cocktail lounge and dining room.

The moniker “the Ludlow Formation” comes from a geographical formation in Ludlow, England, and the venue reflects natural crafting in a layout of hollows, nook and crannies for eating, drinking and socialising. The venue is divided into an indoor restaurant and outdoor bar but a relaxed environment and approach permeates both areas.

The contemporary design incorporates raw steel and stone, natural materials and recycled timber, brilliantly conceived to create a warm, inviting and humble ambience.

The owner, Paul O’Brien, has had previous bar fit outs completed by Lancer Beverage Systems, so he once again turned to Lancer to install a new beer dispensing system and ice machine in his latest venture.

Solution

The Ludlow were looking for an equipment supplier that could provide them with a turnkey result, based on past experiences the decision to award the contract to Lancer Beverage Systems was easy.
