The acronym stands for Understanding, Generous, Likeable, You – so don’t be misled by the title! The U.G.L.Y. Bartender fundraiser competition is an annual campaign that raises money to fund blood cancer research and support patients and their families affected by leukaemia, lymphoma or myeloma diagnosis.
