Brew CafÉ & Wine Bar is a buzzing watering hole serving great coffee, clever cocktails, interesting Tapas style food and live entertainment. This new venue is bringing a Melbourne laneway bolthole vibe to the Brisbane CBD.

Solution

The owner wanted to offer his discerning customers fresh and interesting craft beers on tap. With no space for a cool room for beer kegs a system to provide high volumes of cold beer from ambient kegs was required.

Lancer was able to design and install a beer system incorporating our self-contained Polaris Beer Chiller to deliver beer through a Lancer 4 Way Stainless T Bar Fount.

Together with Lancer FOB’s, and a washout system to simplify regular cleaning, Brew has a simple, inexpensive, and highly effective draught beer system.
