Overview
The venue had an existing glycol system operating on inferior equipment that just could not deliver a consistent cold beer.
The venue’s beer wastage because of warm beer was enormous and a poor system set up that included the cool room where keg handling and beer management were an issue.
Solution
The glycol system was completely upgraded to a Lancer Beverage Glycol Chillerplate System to ensure a quality and long lasting installation. All the beverage pythons were also replaced.
Results
Beer temperature was dramatically reduced to ensure minimal or no wastage and a great looking beer that tastes great.
The custom built Harbour Founts are iced and look like an ice-cold beer should be dispensed from them.
