Outback Steakhouse Pacific Fair

Overview

Known for their delicious specialty steaks, fresh food, and oh-so tasty sauces, Outback Steakhouse has recently opened its seventh Australian store in Pacific Fair, Broadbeach in Queensland. With a casual dining atmosphere and a strong focus on quality food, the Outback Steakhouse has quickly gained popularity in delivering the best steak dinner around.

Problem

Throughout the build of the new Pacific Fair store, Hoshizaki Lancer provided a range of systems to ensure ease of service and to enhance the dining experience for patrons. This proved difficult at some points due to the venue being built within a busy shopping Centre and being mindful of its time, noise and safety restrictions. In order to finish, the Lancer Beverage team had to complete the installation over several visits.

Result

Lancer installed a range of equipment for the Steakhouse, including an Invert Fount, a Siberian glycol Tank, an Oil less Air-Compressor that drives the beer and Post-Mix system, and Co2 Monitoring systems for AS5034 compliance. Lancer Beverage also supplied CCA with a Post-Mix system with Copper Towers, as well as a Copper Fount for carbonated and still water.

The Outback Steakhouse Pacific Fair has achieved its goal of being a modern restaurant and providing patrons with an excellent dining experience.
