Man Tong logoMan Tong Kitchen is a Chinese restaurant which creates a unique culinary experience for the lovers of authentic Chinese food, located in the Crown Casino complex in Melbourne. It was opened in December 2012 but recently enhanced their front bar by installing our Modular Wine By The Glass dispenser!

The literal translation of Man Tong in Chinese means full house. It is a tradition in China to have a house full of families and friends, dining together for a special occasion or a simple get together.

The restaurant presents skillful chefs dazzling foods and strong Chinese cultural elements, along with high standards of service.

Treasury Wine Estates were searching for a quality and reliable company, to supply and install a top of the range glass wine dispensing unit for their premium wines.

Solution

Hoshizaki Lancer delivered and installed a Modular Wine By The Glass dispenser into the front bar, which as you can see exudes elegance and sophistication.

Results

Man Tong Kitchen now sells quality Treasury Wine Estates wines by the glass. Wine is stored at the right temperature, with an Argon gas filtered through the wine bottle to provide the wine with an extended shelf life. With a By The Glass wine dispenser venues can offer premium and ultra-premium wines by the glass confident that they will keep fresh for approximately two weeks with no wastage.
